Welcome, come journey with us ….

At the age of 18, I felt God’s call to be ‘fruitful’ in His kingdom. For me, this meant leading people to Jesus and helping them grow in their relationship with Him. Over the years, I have served in pastoral leadership, including in multicultural responsibilities across New Zealand and Australia. I also had the privilege of living and working in Asia for two years as the Director of a Christian aid organisation, serving the poor in five countries. I still have some involvement in this Mission organisation.

I am passionate about equipping believers for Christian ministry. In my active retirement, much of my time is devoted to mentoring individuals and writing short articles on leadership. The following articles are available for free download:

  1. ‘Growing in Christ’ studies for individuals or in groups.
  2. ‘Growing in Christ’ studies in the Khmer (Cambodian) language.
  3. ‘New Life in Christ’ studies in Khmer.
  4. ‘Investing in Ministry’ particularly for people in pastoral ministry wanting to know the fundamentals of pastoring.
  5. Essential topics to help you have a fruitful ministry, for the glory of God. These articles have a practical slant, arising from years of ministry. Fruitfulness is sowing the seed, reaping the harvest and everything in between. ‘This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.’ John 15:8.

Pam (my wife) and I live in Darwin, Australia.
